A four story building, a basement, and spacious parking area, EXREA building resides in Shibuya, Japan. With first floor consists receptionist desk, main office where you can meet Keiron and/or Yata-garasu, while meeting room just across there. Restroom also placed at corner first floor. At second floor only consist a cafeteria and several dorms for employee, including bathroom each rooms. Third floor has two special rooms which is off-limits, because these are filled with Yata-garasu and Keiron's collections. Unlike Yata-garasu will never allow anyone except Keiron and special worker to clean that room, Keiron might allow you to come in his collection's room... if you asked nicely. Fourth floor only has two bedroom, belongs to Yata-garasu and Keiron. What about basement? Unfortunately, it is also off-limits, where only have several rooms and only the founder could enter. Someone might able to enter basement... however, there would be must have a special recruitment to enter...

Long ago up until now, this world has many kind of races existing. Common people might not knowing their existence at first, however, as several kinds were desired for malicious nor in dire for continue living, they became a threat for humanity.Eat or be eaten. It has been the rule for many kinds since living beings existed. Strong enough, you may well survived and could take an advantage from them. The loser will always die. That's why a peace between humans and non-humans nigh impossible to happen.Worst thing began happened in early Middle Ages; a large scale of war between humans and non-human beings broke out. Unlike any wars between humans, this war has destroyed many things and hardly stopped for one hundred year. Because neither sides won. Either side suffer for destruction and loss. Therefore, despite neither sides took a written contract, both sides decided to not continue this chaos and ensure their own matter by themselves with remained neutral. That's when both sides understands if likely prolong this unnecessary war, the world would meet its end as the result of imbalance destruction. They may not like it at first, because neither side would dominate, they still comply at very least.For several hundred years.

Humans which didn't have long live, their believes relied on descendant, something gradually changes, unlike non-human beings. While many of non-humans' side still remember their oath, on human's side... it was no longer same. As if something indeed deliberately changed. It didn't even need another decades for another war broke, but this time, humans' side started it. Of course, for non-humans, the invitation of war was responded delightfully by them. Except several person among them, although unwilling, they still help their fellow to win the war.And still, neither sides won, as well as the result for either sides loses were bigger than previous war. However, the crisis seems blow harder to non-human side as they cannot reproduce troops faster than humans, because unlike humans could give birth quicker only in span for one and two decades, thus resulting a decision for non-humans' side to hide from humankind after a long centuries conflict with human. Most of them would bear grudges, some of them would not, and some of them would have another thoughts. For an example, some dark raven kin has the latter thoughts, for feeling never belonged to either sides because he didn't agree to war. Leaving that side, he disappeared without trace for centuries.

In early 20th century, there was a unique building resides in Shibuya. A four story building, a basement, and spacious parking area; almost every people in Japan knew the existence of that building. Extravagant Bureau (EXREA) is known widely to help those people in need. Everything and whatever that is. In spite of that, their business specialized in mystical occurrences and things couldn't be done by human, with a unique way of payment. Even though there are humans working inside the building, by the receptionist and designated rooms, the core workes/businessmen of that place are only two of them, those are Yamato Yata-garasu and the only assistant, Keiron.
